Main Sessions:

Main Sessions will be centered around drawing closer to God and encouraging students be His hands, feet, and mouthpiece.

Registration:

You can register here online by clicking on the registration link and submitting the group registration form online.   If your group has more students or adults attending than the allotted blanks give, please feel free to fill out additional forms until desired number is reached.

Health forms:

Each student and adult must fill out a health form in case of emergency.  These forms are not to be submitted prior to event.  Simply bring them with you and turn them in on the first day.

Counselors:

Ryan John Ministries requires that there be a minimum of 1 counselor per 10 students.  Therefore, if you have 50 students, they must be accompanied by a minimum of 5 counselors.

Counselors will be required to lead their group in small group discussion time following each main session.  This may be a Bible study format or discussion.  As a result, each counselor should be at least 21 years of age and be mature and in good standing with his or her church.

Cost:

Registering on or before May 15 cost is $129/person

Registering after May 15 cost is $149/person

A deposit must be submitted to finalize registration.

Deposit amount is $75 (nonrefundable)

Meals:

Meals will be provided by Shocco Springs Conference Center.

Shocco Springs has a variety of games and activities available on sight.

Accommodations:

We will be located at the Adventure Camp inside Shocco Springs Conference Center.  Each camper and counselor will need to provide their own bed linens, towels and bath items.  For more information please visit www.shocco.org

Rules:

  1. All participants are required to register and check-in prior to the start of Camp.
  3. Following check-in, no student is allowed to leave Shocco Springs without an adult counselor from their group or the written consent of a counselor from their group.
  5. There is to be no guys in girl’s rooms or girls in guy’s rooms for any reason.
  7. Each group will be given a schedule of events that is to be respected and followed by all in attendance.  Be present and be on time!!!
  9. Spiritual maturity is expected from all who attend.  We are to be well behaved and respectful of others as we represent Christ.
  11. If there is any damage to property of any kind, it will be paid by the person or persons responsible for that damage.
  13. If anyone is found in violation of these rules it up to the discretion of Ryan John Ministries Staff to send home these individuals at the expense of the individual or their family.
